how to plant succulents

In George Balanchine's The Nutcracker, Mr. Balanchine uses Act II to introduce Clara and the Prince to foods and flavors from distant lands. Each food is represented through the dancers. This dance represents coffee from Arabia, hence it's name: Arabian Coffee. Ian Falconer's costume design was inspired by the Maurice Sendak version - they both emulate a peacock.
